Administration

AWOL Discharge Settings - Clinics can now select a Discharge Type and Referral Type when discharging patients automatically for AWOL. Discharge Type and Referral type are not required and will be saved on the patients' episode.

• Discharge patient if AWOL for this many consecutive dates (0=don’t discharge)

Reports

Reprint Cash Receipts Journal Date Range Can now be run by Program. Users will have the ability to run the report by multiple selected programs, a single program or All programs. For more information on the Reprint Cash Receipts Journal in Date Range see here.

Resolved Issues

Dispensing
S2K-2521 S2K-2598	Accuvert Pump - Pre-pour An issue where the system would freeze on Empty/Flush has been corrected. When switching bottles during prepour, 84mgs records both the transfer in and transfer out when switching bottles. 84 mgs. is the average amount left in the tubing.

Clinical
S2K-2897	As issue with Treatment Plans has been resolved where, in some instances, the Problem Information screen was non-editable due to the number of text entered on the Objectives.
S2k-2166	When entering a new Assessments (ASU) or Fact Sheet Update (FSU), users will receive an Entry Warning when the version of the Assessment or Fact Sheet has changed. Important: if the users answers yes, the answers should be verified. If the field content changed, the previous answer may not be relevant to the new question.

Billing
S2K-2880	Billing Staff will now be able to choose to include flagged claims in the claim file. Flagged Claims will not be automatically selected when the user chooses Select All Valid Claims User will need to select each flagged claim to be included in the claim file. When the user has selected flagged claims to be included in the EDI, a warning will pop up: One or more of the selected claims are flagged. Do you want to continue? Yes, claim file will be created with the flagged claims. No, claims will not be generated. For Red Lined Flagged Claims when there is no coverage in the date range of the claims, the user will receive an error: No Coverage record found for patientID: ? for Claim Start date: 1/9/22 Click for more information on Flagged Claims
S2K-2900	An issue where the Rendering Provider Secondary Provider ID was not included in the claim file has been corrected. For more information on including the Rendering Provider’s Secondary Provider ID see here.

Reports

S2k-2804 - Release not carrying over information when renewing a release S2k-2784 - Unable to Revoke a Release

Release of Information - when a release version was changed, there were issues with Renewing and Revoking. Renew a Release - When renewing a Release of Information with the same version, the selections on the original release will be selected. The user will also be able to select additional fields. When renewing a Release of Information and there is a new version, the field selections will not be automatically selected. Revoking a Release Revocation reason will no longer carry over when a release is renewed from a revoked release.
