Enhancements

Reports

Services Due by Retired Counselors Report will help clinics manage services that were created for a patient that was assigned a counselor and were not completed prior to the counselor being retired from the system. (S2k-2702) Report Details can be found here

Patient Contact Report shows whether a patient has had a clinical contact or in person dosing event in a specific date range. (S2k-2839) Report details can be found here.

Billing Features

Medical Director as Rendering Provider - Clinics can now select the Medical Director as the Rendering Provider for all services. This will allow clinics to meet insurance requirements. (S2k-2838). Instructions can be found here

Third Party Billing Admin Privilege - The new privilege will allow clinics to manage which users have the ability to Edit Carrier Detail. (S2k-2853) For more information on this privilege click here.

IMPORTANT Information: This privilege will not be automatically selected on update. Admins will need to grant access to Edit Carrier Detail by selecting the new privilege on the User Setting

Clinical Feature

Fentanyl has been added tot he Abuse Drug Table and is available for selection on the Fact Sheet Drug Usage History.

Resolved Issues

Administration
S2k-2891	Clinics were not able to add program after updating to version 4.6.6. This has been addressed and clinics can now add new programs. Clinics that are not updated to 4.6.7 can enter a support ticket for a data correction which will allow them to enter new programs until updating.

Clinical
S2k-2206	Users will now be notified that for finalized PDF Assessments, the signatures will only show on the PDF version of the Assessment. Users will need to select Final on the completed column to view the signatures.
S2k-2879	As issue where a newly added drug did not show on the Usage History Tab of the Fact Sheet Update and Assessment. This has been resolved and the newly added drug now appears correctly.

Billing
S2k-2826	A sorting issues for Bundle Billing combinations has been resolved. When sorting the billing Combinations for all columns, the selected billing combination will be associated with the correct billable service.
S2k-2877	NY Medicaid - When users selected the Delay Reason Proof of Eligibility Unknown or Unavailable there was an issue with posting. This has been corrected.

S2k-221	Release Authorizations: Issue where the system would freeze when printing release authorizations has been resolved.
S2k-2883	Release Authorization Character limit of the HIPAA Release Clause Statement caused an issue when printing. This limit has been changed from 2048 to 65,535 characters.
S2k-2799	Positive Results Posted Report will now show patients that were not assigned a counselor. This will ensure that the clinic can manage all patients will Positive Results.
S2k-2875	Balance Due Summary Report balance for suspended patients was being inflated and has been resolved..
S2k-2884	Bottle History Report When a solid medication is set up to print the Bottle History Report was not printing automatically for solid medication. Medication reconciliation report (bottle history) prints for each medication type, for solid, it prints each strength separately when reconciling.
