Purpose

The purpose of the report is to show services due for retired counselors so that the clinic will be able to manage these services by deleting them or assigning to a new counselor.

Report Detail/Considerations

• The report can be run for a specific Program or all Programs. Programs appear alphabetically.

• The report can be run for one or all retired counselors.

• The report order

  • Counselor

  • Service Due

Admitted	Date patient was admitted
Due Date	Due date for the service
Ent’d	Date the Service was entered.

Finding the Report

You can find this report from the Reports module (print icon) in SMART. Select Clinical → Services Due →and then the report title itself.
