Purpose

To allow clinics to restrict user access to the Edit the Carrier Detail screens.

Where is the Third Party Billing Admin Setting?

1	Select Gears on the SMART Toolbar to Open the Smart System Administrative Functions Note: Only Clinic Administrators have access to the Clinic Settings in the Gears.
2	Select Settings on the Smart System Administrative Functions to access Smart System Settings.  Note: Users need to have the Privilege of System Administrator in order to see the Settings Button Administrative Password is required
3	On the Smart System Settings select General Tab User Find User in the dropdown list. Select Edit/Retire/Delete
4	On the User Information Screen To Grant permission to Edit the Carrier Detail Screen, Select Third Party Billing Admin - Billing Clerk and Third Party Billing Clerk will be automatically selected.
