Enhancements

New Billing Feature - Secondary Service Facility ID can be set up to be sent in the 837 Professional Claim File. How do I send a Secondary Service Facility Location ID in the 837P Claim File?

New - Closed Days has been moved - Closed days has been moved to the Program Level. This feature will allow different program locations to select closed days. For more information on Closed Days see Closed Days Setting Moved to Programs in version 4.6.6

Resolved Issues

Administration
User were unable to Edit/Correct Case History (S2K-1307)	An issue where users were unable to Edit Correct Case History Services has been corrected.

Dosing
Users were unable to complete Incident Reports when wasting a surplus Dose (S2K-2835)	Issue has been resolved so that when wasting a surplus dose users will be able to waste a surplus dose.

UA Alerts
UA Alerts were not being Auto-scheduled (S2K-2818)	Urine Alerts were not being auto-scheduled when there was an Active Episode with no Episode Admit Date. In order to address this, when editing an Episode the user will not be able to save unless an Episode Admit Date.

Clinical
Signature Pending Tab displayed incomplete services (S2K-2825)	Incomplete Services were showing under the Signature Pending Tab when a patient signature or Custom Signature was required for the service. This has been addressed so that only completed services will show under the Signature Pending Tab.
Incorrect Fact Sheet (FSU) is being loaded at times.	Improvements have been made to the Assessment (ASU) and Fact Sheet Update (FSU) so that the correct information will display.

New York State
On the PAS-45, users were not able to see all the fields on the screen when patient’s name exceeded 17 characters (S2K-2840)	An issue where the character limit for the patient name so that users were not able to edit fields on the screen. The character limit has been increased so that the last name character limit is now 27 and the first name character limit is 15.
