Closed Days Setting Moved to Programs in Version 4.6.6

• Purpose - This setting is used to set the days that the program location is closed so that a take home dose is available to the patients for the closed day.
• Where do I schedule Program Closed Days?

Purpose - This setting is used to set the days that the program location is closed so that a take home dose is available to the patients for the closed day.

• Closed Days are used to generate an automatic AWL take home dose for each closed day.

  • All patient regardless of take home status will have an AWL take home available to them on the day before the Closed Day.

Where do I schedule Program Closed Days?

1	On the SMART Toolbar, select Gears		SMART System Administrative Functions opens
2	On the SMART System Administrative Functions, select Settings. Important Note: Administrative Password is required.		Smart System Settings Opens
3	On the SMART System Settings, Programs, Select Edit/Retire/Delete		Program Information Management Screen Opens
4	On the Program Information Screen, select Controls 1		Program Closed User can select closed days. Take home Orders on Programs Closed Report The report shows any conflicts for patients that already have a pickup date on the selected Closed Days. Clinic should manage these patients Take home orders. When saving, without viewing the report, the report will open so that the user is aware of the conflicts.
