MADPH: What is the MADPH Message Log?

Purpose Report for users to see all MADPH Messages sent and their current status for a given date range.

Report is available in version 4.6.6 for Massachusetts sites licensed for MADPH reporting.

Report Detail

• Message Log Can be Run

  • For a specific Date Range

  • For All or a Certain message type (A01, AO8_02_01, A08_03_00, A08_02_02, A03)

  • For All or a Specific Status (New, Pending, Processing, Successful, Failed

Report Definitions

Column Header	Definition
Seqnum	System generated identification umber for message
Patient ID	Patient ID
Episode ID	System generated identification number of the patient’s episode
Status	New Pending Failed Successful
TXID	MADPH generated Transaction ID
Created Date/Time	Date and time message was created
Last Updated Date/Time	Date and Time the message was updated

Finding the Report

It is important to note that this report is only available on the reports menu for sites that are licensed for MADPH Reporting.

You can find this report from the Reports module (print icon) in SMART by selecting Patients → MADPH →and then the report title itself.
