Purpose

The purpose of the report is to show Medical Order Details by Program within a date range. The report also shows Take Home Privileges entered in the date range Take Home Privileges are not associated with a specific medication.

Report Detail/Considerations

• The report can be run for a specific Program or all Programs. Programs appear alphabetically.

• The report is run for a specific Date Range.

• Expired Orders and Take home Privileges in the date range entered will appear in bold.

  • Note: Orders listed in Bold were expired due to an episode discharge between the From/Thru Dates.

Ordered by	Ordering Provider
Start Date	Start Date of Order
Expire Order	Order Expiration Date Expired Date will include Orders that Expired due to Discharge.
Order Type	Type of Order
Medication	Medication Ordered
Dosage Ordered	Regimen Dosage Ordered
Start Dose	Start at Dosage Incremental Orders
Stop Dose	Stop at Dosage for Incremental Orders
Take Home	Take home privileges entered in the date range
Posted Date	Date the Order Posted

Finding the Report

You can find this report from the Reports module (print icon) in SMART. Select Medicating→ Prescriptions →and then the report title itself.
