Client software requirements

• Browser

  • An HTML5 compatible browser is recommended for use with TSplus. For best functionality, SMART recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome.

  • Shortcuts should be created on all user desktops pointing to https://tsplus.smartcloud.host

• Operating System

  • SMART recommends and runs best on Microsoft Windows 10 Professional

    • Other versions and builds of the Microsoft Operating System may work fine. Testing of SMART is completed in Windows 10 Professional

• SMART recommends you leverage Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that provide minimum Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as follows:

  • “Good” up-time - 99% - 7 hours and 18 minutes is allowed per month for potential downtime

  • “Great” up-time - 99.9% - 43 minutes are allowed each month for potential downtime

• No matter how good the ISP and SLAs are, there is always the possibility of downtime on a primary circuit. For this reason, SMART recommends that you install a secondary “failover” circuit to continue operating in the event of primary failure. A 4G wireless solution should be considered in addition to the secondary failover circuit.
