The Quantitative Services Review is a summary of how their clinic staff is performing to the due date of required services. This report is commonly used by Clinic Directors that want to keep a close eye on the compliance of staff services provided.
This report can be run for a single counselor or for all counselors as well as for a single program or for all programs. When the report generates users will see the following column headings:
These columns will tell users:
Service Description: The anchor row which will reflect any service which has been added to the report through the setup of the service. See https://support.smartmgmt.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014688139-How-can-I-get-services-to-show-on-the-Quantitative-Services-Review-
Due Curr & Prior Period: The number of services that were due before or during the period for which the report was run. Any service that is not yet saved complete with a due date prior to the “through” date of the report.
Due and Done This Period: The number of services that have been “saved completed” within the date range the report is run.
Percent Complete: The number of services that have been saved complete out of the total number of due and overdue services. This is a simple division of the second and third column.
Overdue At Period Start: The number of services with a due date prior to the start date of the report run date.
Due Thru Next Period: The services already in SMART with a due date for the period following the report run dates. This will be the same time frame as the time frame for which the report is run. In other words, if the report period is one month, this will reflect the services with a due date for the following month.
You can find this report from the Administrative (gears) icon in SMART by selecting Clinical - Quality and then the report title itself.
