The Expected Attendance Report helps clinics predict which patients will be returning to the clinic for the current or future dates. It can be run by program or for all programs. It can also be run for a single date or a range of dates.
This report can be run for a single counselor or for all counselors as well as for a single program or for all programs. When the report generates users will see the following column headings:
The report is grouped by Return Date; each section lists the patients expected to return to the clinic on that date. The columns will tell users:
ID |
The patient ID |
---|---|
Name |
The patient name |
Birthdate |
The patient birthdate |
Number of Doses |
The number of doses the patient will recieve. If more than one, it represents doses that they will take home. |
Dose |
The dose amount that the patient is on |
Takehome/AWL |
The patient’s order status. This column should be interpreted as:

Medication |
The medication that the patient takes |
You can find this report from the Reports (paper) icon in SMART by selecting Medicating > Attendance and then the report title itself.
