States that leverage the Lighthouse Central Registry require that all patient doses be uploaded weekly to this tool such that patients have medication continuity in the event of an emergency. SMART can perform this task automatically if your site is set up for this and your state is one of the many that use the Lighthouse platform. It is important that the ID code for the medication is setup in SMART with one of the values shown in the left column. Other values will not translate to the values in the export that the Central Registry can accept. Please speak to your Partner Success Manager if your Medications are setup with an ID code that is not shown on the list.
