Steps to log into the SMART Cloud (TSplus)

The following steps should be used to login to the SMART Cloud using TSplus. For additional instructions on creating shortcuts on your desktop, etc please see additional guides at the end.

Instructions

1. Open your web browser (SMART recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome)

2. Type in the TSplus URL: https://tsplus.smartcloud.host and press enter

3. A Windows Plugin is necessary to be installed to use the Full Client (recommended). If you see the highlighted portion please click “Download Plugin” and proceed with installing it by accepting all defaults. This does not require admin rights. Then proceed to step 4.

   

4. User name: Firstname.Lastname

5. Password: Password must be established from within the SMART Account Management system. Once successfully enrolled, enter it here and press Log on

6. Once successfully logged in, simply click on the SMART Application you want to access.

7. If a password reset becomes necessary in the future refer to the SMART Account Management system to self reset.

Instructions for accessing the cloud from an iOS (iPhone/iPad), or Android device (From the TSPlus Application)

TSPlus offers a mobile application that can be used to access the SMART cloud. This application can be used from iOS devices, as well as Windows and Android devices.

1. Launch the respective App Store for your device (App Store on iOS devices / Google Play Store on Android devices)

2. Search for the “TSplus Remote Desktop” application, and install it.

3. Once installed, open the TSplus Remote Desktop application.

4. Click “New” at the top right or the pencil in the bottom right

5. Enter the following information - then hit the save icon

   1. Host name or IP Address: tsplus.smartcloud.host

   2. Use SSL? - Yes

   3. Display Name: Smart Cloud

   4. Domain\Username: smartcloud\Firstname.Lastname

   5. Password: Your SMART Cloud password

      

6. Once saved, click on the connection line to connect.

7. Simply click on the desired application to launch it.

Instructions for accessing the cloud from a Mac, iOS, or Android device (From a browser)

1. Open your web browser (SMART recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome, Apple users can use Safari)

2. Type in the TSplus URL: https://tsplus.smartcloud.host and press enter

3. Select the “Web Client” option highlighted below

   

4. User name: Firstname.Lastname

5. Password: Password must be established from within the SMART Account Management system. Once successfully enrolled, enter it here and press Log on

6. Once successfully logged in, simply click on the SMART Application you want to access.

7. If a password reset becomes necessary in the future refer to the SMART Account Management system to self reset.
