Download files from the SMART Cloud

*When exchanging files with the SMART Cloud we recommend a root folder be setup on the C Drive of the client machine. In this example we are using C:\SMART-Temp. Images or documents you wish to download from SMART should be stored here.

Downloading a document from SMART

1. There are various locations where you may want to download a document from SMART. In this example we are covering downloading a report from SMART but the instructions can be used anywhere that you want to download a document

2. Click the to open the reports module (Printer) and search for the report you wish to save

3. Set the parameters for the report as desired and then click “Generate Report”

4. Once you see the report on the screen you can click the Disk (save) button which by default will put you into the Export folder. You can now click the dropdown next to “Look In” and scroll up to C on (Computername)

5. You can then double click on the SMART-Temp folder, name the document, and then click Save to store it there.
