Overview
Clinic staff can now customize the field descriptions and values that appear in the User4 and User5 fields on the Demographics tab of the Patient Information Management Screen.
Customize Field Descriptions
User Field descriptions are controlled through the Clinic Information Management screen. Follow these steps to make changes to the User4 and User5 descriptions:
Go to Administration > Settings.
Use the Clinic dropdown to select the desired clinic, and then select Edit.
Select the Controls 1 tab.
Update the User Field 4 and User Field 5 descriptions as needed, and then Save your changes.
Customize Field Values
User4 and User5 field values are populated using lookup tables. Follow these steps to make changes to the lookup table values:
Go to Administration > Lookup Table Management.
Locate the user4values and user5values table names.
Click the desired table name to highlight it in the grid, and then select Edit.
Edit the field values as needed, and then Save your changes.
