Alphabetical Listing by Medication Order Report

Overview

The Alphabetical Listing by Medication Report provides a list of active patients by medication type. This report is located under Medicating > Status.

Parameters

This report is generated using a Run Date and a Program selection. You have the option to run the report for all programs. Once generated, the report displays patients alphabetically by Program Description and Medication.

Report Contents

Field Name	Definition
Patient ID	The patient’s identifier
Patient Name	The patient's name (Last, First)
Chart Number	If applicable, the patient’s chart number
Dosage	The patient’s current dose of the corresponding medication
Takehome	If applicable, the patient’s takehome privileges
Treatment Unit	The patient’s treatment unit
Level of Care	The patient’s level of care
