Overview

The Methadone Inventory Shipment Details report provides all relevant information about received Methadone shipments and can be presented to the DEA during an audit. This report is located under Inventory > Balance.

Considerations

• Due to solid medication limitations, this report only includes inventory information about methadone shipments.

Parameters

This report is generated using a selected Date Range and Location.

Report Contents

Field Name	Definition
Lot Number	The unique identifier for the lot of inventory.
Bottle Number	The bottle number range included in the lot e.g., 1-1000.
Receipt Date	The date the shipment was received.
Order Date	The date the shipment was ordered.
Requisition ID	The unique identifier for the requisition associated with the shipment.
Received By	The name or identifier of the person who received the shipment.
Expiration Date	The medication’s expiration date.
Shipment Comments	Any additional comments or notes related to the shipment or lot.
Inventory Location	The specific location within the inventory where the lot is stored.
Medication	The type of medication received.
Total Received	The total number of bottles received per medication type.
