What is the Cross Referral Report?

Purpose

The purpose of the cross-referral report is to provide clinics with a way to identify patients that have had positive UAs and/or Positive Breathalyzer within a specific date range so that the clinics can refer patients to the appropriate acute care facilities.

Positive UAs - Includes positive drug screening in the date range.

Positive Breathalyzer - Case History Service that is configured as Cross Referral Report as Positive Breathalyzer. (See below: Before you use this report).

Before you use this report

The clinic will need a Breathalyzer Service available, and the service will need to select Cross Referral Report as Positive Breathalyzer

Positive Breathalyzer	Dates: Positive Breathalyzer service is a case history service.
Carrier Name	All Active Coverages in date range.

Finding the report

To generate the Cross Referral Report, open the Reports module > Management > Clinic > Cross Referral Report.
