Understanding the Error Log

The Error Log shows the user errors in the EDI.

Example Error -

In 2300 - For Massachusetts the DPH Contract Number does not exist
Goto Program settings->MA DPH->DPH Settings tab to correct.

Why am I getting this error?

• The MA DPH Contract Number is missing from the program settings.

The MADPH Receiver ID is present on the Carrier settings and the MA DPH Tab on the Program Settings does not have a contract number.
