Purpose

The purpose of the report is to show Prepared Dose Inventory Detail by Location assigned to a patient as of a specified date.

Report Detail/Considerations

• The report can be run for an inventory location.

• The report is run for a specific date.

• The Report is grouped by Medication Type, Inventory Location and then Patient. Patients are listed Alphabetically and the total Prepared Doses for patient are included.

Report Definitions

Finding the Report

You can find this report from the Reports module (print icon) in SMART. Select Inventory→ Prepared Dose→Dose Inventory Detail and then the report title itself.
